The store is very clean and organized but the staff and the cashiers are not experienced in customers service. I have consistently returned with hopes that the experience will get better and yesterday was a complete disaster !
I have a great credit score I have a huge credit limit and I have a zero balance and I asked first before shopping - about gift card purchases and was told no problem !
Well big problem , I was told a militaries of different reasons why I could not purchase gift card with kohls card !
I love how they manage to keep everything nice in place during crazy holiday times... the management are friendly.

Usually has decent stock of everything. Remember to use your coupons because they save you a ton here.
Shop small and shop local this store and it’s employees are awful !
Nice store and staff, but if you ever need to return anything, good luck. Have to go to the back of the store, sure that's fine. But out of all the times I've been here I've never had to wait less than 15-20 minutes in line, and there always seems to be one MAYBE two people working in the back. 12 cashiers in the front with nobody in line? No problem! 1 person in the back and 15 people waiting to make returns or pick up online orders? Sure why not! Whoever manages this place should do everyone else a favor that works here and resign because you clearly don't know how to set a proper staffing schedule.
So someone else used a stolen card and purchased gift cards and that’s my problem why ?
Also if it’s a problem then stop selling gift cards. I always show identification whether they ask or not and the supervisor( I wish I got her name ) was so nasty - I actually left without my merchandise credit and kohls cash !
Best one was fraud ?
