MAJOR attitude with staff when calling to make an appointment. It was my first time calling this doctor. I called and am trying to work with the receptionist to figure out a day I can come in and she says with this terrible attitude like im wasting her time ," youre taking too long I have other phone calls I'm gonna need you to hurry up" I was shocked. Not only did she have an attitude, I told her I was taking my business elsewhere because she is rude then she said "ok bye" and hangs up on me. I would not recommend this place for the reason of being disrespectful when I was asking for help trying to make an appointment. It's unprofessional and I never would go somewhere with treatment like that.
this is one of the best doctors around. he is understanding, compassionate and he LISTENS to what you have to say.

I have been with this doctor for 1 visit. The doctor seems good but the staff is HORRIBLE. I spoke with the doctor about seeing an allergist. The referral employee told me I would be receiving a call with information and I have not recieved a call this was a month ago. 2 of my medications were denied by my insurance 1 of which is a medication for diabetes. I have waited 1 month and have not been assisted by the doctor's staff. I contacted the office today and spoke with someone who was unable to assist me with the leg work in getting my medications approved. This is very frustrating and not professional.
Awful. Waited for 40 minutes. And then they couldn't wait to get rid of me.
