This was my first experience with self storage so I wasn't sure what to expect or how safe I would feel being there and keeping my valuables there. But from our first introduction, the people were very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. The facility itself was comfortable, clean and secure. I felt that everyone went above and beyond expectations to make sure I had a good experience. Sometimes when I needed something, they'd offer a better or less expensive alternative. I appreciated that everyone was pleasant to speak with and I always felt that my belongings were safe. The surrounding area is also nice so if you're looking for a well-priced self-storage unit with great staff and a nice location, this is it.
Being it was my first time needing storage, I didn't know what to expect. Well the Managers, Ben and Dan, at the Holmdel location really put my mind at ease. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly seemed to care. I've never, in my life, received such awesome customer service, from the day I rented, to the day I vacated. Kudos to those guys. They represent your company well! Will definitely spread the word, and if I need storage again, I know where I'm going! A million thanks!

i enjoy doing business with the folks at my local safeguard storage, they are polite, helpful and fun to talk to. we have been at this place for about 8 years and have never had a problem. i do tell others about safeguard because of the folks who work there. i also have dealt with them because of a previous employment and loved being able to ring more business to them.
