My experience with my puppy was more than I had expected. I purchased the wellness plan for my dog and very satisfied with the treatment. For the $468 per year, I received neutering, all sets of vaccinations, worming and a couple pop in visits for a hurt paw. I do not know anywhere else that you do all of this for that amount of money. I have friends who are vets there and the place is corporate clean and care is good. Best deal for the money!
Banfield made my dog suffer for months at a huge cost. However, one visit to Redbank my dog i cured.
All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and knowledgable. The exam rooms were clean and modern. The prices are fair. What more could you want? This is a perfect vet and I am so happy to have found them.
Staff is really friendly. Get the wellness plan its worth it and pays for it self.

I have taken my cat there several times and the care was first rate, and about half the cost of the regular vets in the area. I have gotten ,ore than my money's worth out of the pet wellness plan. I recommend this clinic without reservation.
Today I took my cat to Banfield because she had an infected cut on her tail. They brought us in to the exam room right away. The triage nurse took a good long look at my cat and then explained it to the vet, who came out and took another thorough look, then explained a number of medication options to me, along with prices. All of the prices seemed fair and affordable. I was able to pick the best treatment for my cat and then the nurse explained exactly how to give her the medicine, etc.
