went to this store to ask a question about the bill we just recieved i stood on line for over an hour no one asked if i needed help they just continued there conversation with other workers...There customer service SUCKS. I eventually walked out and decided to cancel my service with Sprint and went to T-MOBILE where i was helped promptly and was in and out in less than a hour...definitly not recommended ...even lucky they got a star
They stole my phone!!!!! The manager Miguel and sales lead Joe were happy to be rude, uncooperative, and incompetent. They were both involved with the incident.

Refused to help with our account. Insisted we could only lease phones even though other people on our same plan had just got new phone upgrades at no cost at another location. This place is a scam and is happy to rip you off.
Excellent. Some of these reviews I feel are unfair or perhaps personal experiences without explaining the entire situation. I have been going to this store for years and there have been some very good customer service staff working at this Holmdel location. Too often do customers come in to the store with predetermined mind sets because of their experiences with signal or problems with their phones. They walk in with attitudes and start barking at the customer service staff as if it were their fault that the phone was giving them problems. Customer service is not an easy business but I can understand both sides. That said, I feel the staff at Holmdel Sprint are always courteous and willing to help customers who are respectful and cooperative. They help everyone else too, but don't expect rainbows and sunshine when you have a poor attitude yourself.
